Hearts
So each Starfire tour we used to recieve these big red hearts where people would write messages on them, like a yearbook.
This year on my trip to mexico with the alum of our singing group we brought back the tradition. Although my heart wasn’t as crowded because we had 20 people on our trip compared to 90, it still means just as much.
I just read what Dylan wrote on my heart and I wanted to share it on my blog because in a couple months, when I’m down, hopefully I look back on my posts of happiness and read this.
” I am blessed to have you in my life. You keep me animated and fresh and alive. I get so uptight sometimes and you bring me back to earth. I am so glad you came on this trip with me. It means a lot to me to watch you step out of your box and share your joy with the world. You are meant to spread joy. I know it. Keep your heart and mind open and don’t be afraid to try new things. I am so excited to grow old together and develop our relationship with each other. You light my life. I love you. -dyl”
What a trip mexico was, and I really want to do some more mission work in the future.
